Perfect The Posture
As soon as someone walks in, I can tell if their posture needs to improve.
The rounded shoulders, elevated traps. Limited (sometimes excessive) range
Now it is not a diagnostic but simply a quick screen, available heuristics that can guide me along my way into moving someone through the performance spectrum.
No one is immune (including myself) to the phone scroll, hunched computer typing, sedentary lifestyle that is associated with modern living. It has its perks but also its pains, one of those being the impact on posture.
So I cooked up in collaboration w/ Men’s Fitness and another w/ The Daily Burn a couple of my favorite posture circuits/exercises + a simple screening tool to help you out with videos/explanations
