also the remark about chewing 40x is actually important because 1.) digestion begins in the mouth 2.) the more you chew your food the slower you will eat which leads to not just possibly better digestion but increased feelings of satiety which can reduce calories overall
There also is a better time to eat food, maybe not for weight loss, but the impact of the time you eat food is wildly important for health + as it connects to sleep
